A local daily published an article about ways to manage your boss.
Are there really proven ways to improve work relationship with toxic supervisors. There are many kinds of bosses in the workplace, but the toxic bosses are the ones causing more harm than good to the organization. They can reduce valuable production time and increase cost.
It’s a bad thing that there are many toxic bosses in our workplace. They need to be lectured about professionalism. They need to understand the true meaning of teamwork, positive organization, trust building, values, ethics, and involvement. Most of the time rank and file employees do not get the chance to get back to them because of their positions and for fear of reprisals.
The writer said, once management identifies these toxic bosses, it has to decide on the best way to deal with them. How are you going to deal with toxic bosses whose understanding of human relationship is almost "nil".

Toxic bosses should attend seminar in, “Basic, Interpersonal, and Generally Special High Intensity Training” (B.I.G.S.H.I.T.),so they could easily become the Director of Intensity Programming, Special High Intensity Training (D.I.P.S.H.I.T.)...
Our factory supervisor is a ....tttt, too, and most of the time we want to get back to him by kicking his ......ssss! It's very common here, we just can't do anything because we still need the job.

Of course, we can always strive to maintain an atmosphere of free and open conversation with our supervisor and air your grievances. I am sure they will find time to listen and be considerate.
We wish, too, that participations in different training modules will help them understand the very essence of human relationship.
of course.. we could always quit...

I remember my friend, Emma, who was always complaining about her supervisor. She said, this lady nurse has an attitude! Luckily, she was transferred to another unit. She couldn't bear the sight of this lady, she was so arrogant and discriminating.
Don't ruin my day, pleaseeee!!!
