COME, COME MY CHILDREN!

… come, come my children,
I will teach you the way of the Lord …

Parents, teach your children to love God. If you teach your children to love God and obey His words when they are small, you will save them and yourself many heartaches when they are older. Gather the family for a time with God in Holy Bible reading and prayer each day. Let every one take part. Pray together over the problems of each member of the family. Thank God together for His blessings. Go to Sunday school and church together. Encourage your children to give their lives to God at an early age. As you worship and serve God together, His love strengthens family ties. As the saying goes: “the family that prays together stays together”.

“… train a child in the way he should go,
and when he is old, he will not turn from it…”

Proverbs 22:6

Hello Caz, many, many thanks for the visit. I appreciate it.

I have two boys, actually, not boys anymore because both of them are married. Christian is my eldest, he is the one in the picture with his wife, Rio, and three kids, Ruan, he is 5 years old, and the twins, Rina Marri and Rani Marri. The twins are celebrating their second birthday on 2 May 2008.

My second son is Jan Vincent. He has a 5-year old boy, too. I haven't posted his latest pic.

Again, my sincerest thanks for swinging by. Have a great time blogging!

Yes, it is a great, great feeling. Ruan and his twin sisters are a bundle of joy. They are the love of my life.

I am actually writing an article about the Joy of Grandfatherhood. I haven't completed it yet. May be, one of these days you will see my entry about it.

Wish you great blogging time!

I will bless the Lord at all times, His Name be ever in my heart, for the Lord raises up the lives of the poor .... na na na! A very inspiring entry. It reminds me of the song, Come, Come, My Children na madalas kantahin sa Dhahran.
