A word of caution!

ome forms of strength training may be harmful if you have osteoporosis (the loss of bone that can accompany aging). Even slight lifting or pushing can increase your risk of fractures, particularly in the bones of your back.


W
omen at or past the age of menopause may be at special risk of osteoporosis.

The word is very hard to pronounce, pwede bang porosis na lang! Baka nga may rheumatism or athritis ka na! You are not getting any younger.
