Pride or fear prevents many from seeking needed advice. As a result they are hurting more seriously as they go along in life. It takes humility to admit faults and limitations. It takes courage to do something about them. Will you be a fool and avoid the aid of those who can help you?

Pride can either be good or evil. Arrogance is an evil pride, being ego centric is another. But when you are proud of your achievements as a result of hard work, it's a positive or good pride.
