FINGERPRINTING

A very important reminder!

Many foreign workers who were repatriated earlier and are coming back on forged documents are being sent home by return flights on arrival in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Even if they come with different passports, their identities are revealed after fingerprinting and iris scan at the airport immigration, and immediately they are sent back home.

Airlines are losing a lot of money because they have to bear the return passage of workers who are deported from the airport on arrival with forged documents. These workers do not realize that their identities are now registered in the database at the airport of the host country, and resorting to unscrupulous means would not work now.

I know this, we had our fingerprinting month ago. Line was so long, susuplado ng mga lespu! Ano ba ang reason nila for doing this now!

Hey, long time no hear. Nakikiusyoso ako rito kina Mon. Buti pa kayo mahaba ang bakasyon. Naka-skedyul na rin kami for fingerprinting. Mabuti nga para madala ang mga TNTs dito. I promise to visit your blog regularly. Di na rin pwede sa office namin.

This new system aims to detect passport violators.

There are more than six million foreigners working in the Kingdom. In addition, the Kingdom welcomes more than five million pilgrims for Haj and Umrah throughout the year.

This results in many people remaining in the Kingdom illegally once their visa expires. Many of these overstayers are involved in committing crimes and are known to leave the Kingdom by getting themselves deported after destroying the passports they have used to enter Saudi Arabia.

@ Mon

I am not required to come to the office. Our Eid break is from 23 Sept to 4 Oct.

@ Joe

We also welcome the immplementation of the fingerprinting system. It's in the trial stage. Hope it works well.

It's a known fact that no two fingerprints are alike, even identical twins, that's why key government facilities use this for security purposes. Today, they have perfected a new eye-opening technology called IRIS SCAN or IRIS RECOGNITION, which is faster and quite reliable in preventing false identifications. It will only take about three seconds to recognize your identity upon looking at the IRIS camera.

See the movie, "MInority Report" by Tom Cruise.

That's what the article is all about, complete control of illegal workers here in Saudi Arabia. Many of us welcome this new immigration rule.

Yes, a crack up on TNTs, especially the "Bs", who are swarming in your area.
